What currency are your products listed in?
ALL products are listed in Canadian dollars! Our intent is to offer service catered specifically to Canadian customers, and we want your out of pocket cost to be clear when shopping our store.
What payment methods to you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express) and PayPal. You may also checkout using Shop Pay.
When do you charge for pre-orders?
Pre-orders can be paid for at time of ordering, or deferred using the 'Bill me Later' option at checkout. You will be sent an invoice once we have confirmed shipment from our supplier. Orders will be cancelled if payment is not received within 7 days of invoicing.
While we respect that circumstances change and pre-orders cannot always be kept, we reserve the right to block customers from ordering if they consistently abandon pre-orders with no communication.
Can I combine pre-order and in-stock items?
All items placed under a single order will ship once the final item arrives in stock. If you would like items to be shipped to you as they are released, please place under separate orders.
How can I cancel my pre-order?
If you would like to cancel your pre-order at any time, please contact us at sales@canucktibles.ca.
In most cases, there will be no penalties for cancelling. However, if we find a customer is abusing this privilege, we do reserve the right to rescind this option.
What shipping method do you use and how much will it cost?

I don't want to pay for shipping. Do you offer a local pick-up option?
How much tax will I have to pay?
As per Canadian law, you will be charged the tax rate of your province of residence (or wherever the products are being shipped). This is calculated automatically by the checkout process.

Do you ship internationally?
Of course! Our checkout system allows purchases to be made in almost any country. Please make note that all prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and shipping costs may be relatively high. Please contact us for an estimate.
Why don't you carry a certain product?
If we are not carrying something you are interested in, PLEASE let us know. Product assortment is partially determined by availability from distributors, cost, and whether or not we feel we can sell items at a fair and competitive price. Due to this, there may be some products that it just doesn't make sense for us to carry. But please don't hesitate to ask!
